Who we are

Established in 2014 and based in Ningbo, China — home to one of the world's busiest ports — Ningbo Pro-Land Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. is a professional import and export company dedicated to pet supplies, with a focused product line in pet cooling and summer comfort products.

We work with a long-term partner factory in Jinhua, Zhejiang, specialised in pet textile products. Our cooling mats come in two fabric options — Classic (100% polyester) and Premium (75% nylon / 25% polyester) for a stronger instant cooling feel — and are available in a full size range from XS to 2XL.

From enquiry to shipment

STEP 1

Enquiry & quote

You tell us sizes, quantity, destination and target price. We quote FOB Ningbo, and CIF / DDP on request, with the assumptions stated openly.

STEP 2

Sample & confirmation

Samples dispatched within 48 hours. Once the sample is approved, we confirm specification, packaging and lead time in writing.

STEP 3

Production & inspection

Production runs at our partner factory with pre-shipment AQL inspection. Photos and reports shared before balance payment.

STEP 4

Shipment & documents

We handle booking, customs declaration and documents (CO / FORM E, packing list, invoice). Sea or air, consolidated or full container.

Common questions

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a trading company working with a long-term partner factory that produces our pet textile products. That means stable capacity and factory-level pricing, combined with professional export handling. Factory visits are welcome — we will show you the production line.

What is your minimum order quantity?

It depends on the model and whether you mix sizes and colours. Tell us your plan and we will propose the most workable combination — mixed orders are supported.

Do you support our own brand and packaging?

Yes. OEM and ODM are supported: size, colour, logo, printing and retail packaging can all be made to your specification.

Can you provide test reports for the European market?

Fabric composition and washing labels are standard. For specific market requirements such as azo / REACH testing, we arrange third-party testing (SGS, Intertek or equivalent) — usually scheduled with the bulk production so the report matches the shipped goods.

What is the lead time?

Typically around 15 days for production after the deposit, plus inland haulage and customs clearance. Sea transit depends on the destination — we state both figures separately in every quote.
